Part-Time Administrative Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is confident handling a variety of administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration, including filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently

  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

  • Preparing and issuing invoices / tracking payments

  • Preparing documents, letters, and reports as needed

  • Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers

  • Assisting with any ad hoc tasks to support the wider team
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administrative experience (ideally in a professional services environment)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and written and spoken Maltese and English

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

  • Previous legal admin or book-keeping experience is a plus (but not essential)

Hours: 15–20 hours/week – flexible schedule
