



Part-Time Administrative Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, well-organized, and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and is confident handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

General office administration, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Preparing and issuing invoices / tracking payments
-
Preparing documents, letters, and reports as needed
-
Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers

Assisting with any ad hoc tasks to support the wider team
What We’re Looking For:

Previous administrative experience (ideally in a professional services environment)
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and written and spoken Maltese and English
-
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Previous legal admin or book-keeping experience is a plus (but not essential)
